Beef Kata Moshla (Bangladesh)
A shaadi-wala feeling dish from Bangladesh
1 kg Beef with fat and bones
6 Green Cardamom
2 Bay Leaves
3 long Cinnamon
5 Cloves
1 tbsp Black Pepper seeds
2 tbsp Garlic, roughly chopped
2 tbsp Ginger, julienned
1 cup Onion, sliced
510 Dried Red Chillies
1 cup Yoghurt
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Salt
½ cup Oil
